These little guys are quite delicious. I made these with raisin, but I think a couple TBSP of chocolate chips would go a long way in these cookies too! If I had some I would have thrown them in.

Mack
Oh my God, Mack these are so simple and they look delicious! It’s really ok without flour or oil?
Thank you …. your smile at the end is precious.
Blessings,
Debbie
It is!!! The banana really helps with acting as the oil! They are definitely not your delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies, but I love keeping them in the fridge and having them with a glass of milk. Takes off that sweet tooth and I find myself craving them! 🙂
I think they sound delicious, thank you Mack!!
I’m going to try to make these.I can’t have oats so I’m going to try quinoa; I hope it doesn’t ruin the taste because these sound delicious!
Oh they are! They are just a nice little “something” after dinner or when u just want a little snack for no reason!! Enjoy :):) let me know how it goes with quinoa!
